If you are an athlete who has committed your life to training and competing at an elite level and are starting to think about retirement, but are unsure about how to
make it a reality… then this interactive day is for you!
About the course
This day will create some clarity in respect to your options post sport,
you will leave with a clear game plan of how to achieve true greatness after sport.
Once you leave the room and you are on your own the motivation might
wane, that’s why as part of the day you will have a follow up call with a
Brand You: Sport mentor who will work through your plan and keep you
on track – just like a great coach.
You will also have a new set of team mates who will make sure you stay
on track and play your part in the collective success of the team.

We deliver in an exciting and inclusive way, using journaling, peer based learning, presentations, debates and conversation.
